Warp factor broken

my Warp factor pedal just died in the young age of nearly three months.

seems like the switch is gone, because sometimes it works (about 1/12 of
the useages). i thought it would survive most of my gear, looks so tough
built

i could fix it myself. the switch construction wouldn't be bad, but lost
guidance due to cheap spring material.
it has an inner switch and an button outside, which are physically connected
through a spring. due to the spring has no guidance, it is drifted away from
the centre of the switch. i fixed that with a doublesided tape
