Washburn RX-50 in flame black sunburst with upgrades. Only problem, crappy stock electronics and pickups. So..... I changed all that! This was only done just 3 -4 weeks ago. Here's a list of the improvements:
- Bareknuckle Aftermath bridge pickup - A flat out stupendous sounding pickup with unrivaled clarity. One of the best and most versatile pups I've ever played. Cleans up with volume knob, or can push an amp into overdrive all while maintaining exceptional definition. - Dimarzio Humbucker from Hell neck pickup - (a deceptive name for a low output HB that sounds like a single coil). I had it wired in parallel so as to get even more single coil-ish sounding. Details here - http://www.dimarzio.com/pickups/humbuckers/humbucker-hell
- Bourns low friction volume, and standard CTS tone pots, new selector switch and output jack.
All upgrades installed professionally along with setup. This turned an inexpensive little player into a much nicer guitar. Alas, I have a custom build I'm pursuing and need to raise funds for that. Shipped and paypal'd for $250. *For that price, your basically getting a magnificent set of new pickups plus high grade electronics with the guitar thrown in for free!
