Anyone have any pictures and extra info on this guitar?
I've tried an image search but was unsuccessful in tracking down 'real' pictures.
And does anyone know the tonal qualities of Sepele?
Thanks in advance.

I think it's extremely overpriced, for what it is, but I can't say I've played one.

I've never played one either. But it is a Washburn USA Custom Shop. I'm not sure if the price is justified either.
I'm thinking about getting one though. Hmmmm...

Sapele is a very dark, heavyweight mahogany. Some companies used Sapele and pass it off as mahogany. Sometimes it comes quilted or flamed- I've seen companies claim their guitars are quilted or flamed mahogany, when they're really quilted or flamed sapele.

There is no such thing as a low quality wood, unless you are trying to match it to your specific tonal pallet. Every wood has it's own signature tone, no one is better than any other it all depends in what your ears like. That being said the face eraser will sound similar acoustically to any other slim bodied maple/mahogany guitar, although when plugged in the EMG's will take over and make the differences a lot less noticeable.
