While looking through a Stewmac catalog today, I noticed the Benedetto pickups. I was wondering if anybody has info on them.
Are they equivalent to Duncan Custom shop units?
How does the voicing of the PAF compare to the 59?
I know most jazz cats use the A6 as a neck model, but with a higher resistance than most neck 'buckers, how would the A6 do as a bridge pickup?
I assume that both these pickups sound fantastic clean, but, How do they handle distortion?
And finally:
I realize that these pickups mainly end up in jazz boxes. How do y'all think that these would fare in a MIK HH FM Tele with a maple top and a mahogany body and set neck?
