Well, My Hardtail Collection Is Down To Two At Last

As I feared, I wasn't able to get what I wanted or even needed from them, but the last one on Reverb sold today. I don't regret selling the one's I sold, just the fact that they don't bring what they should given how well they're made. Of course I knew it would be a challenge going into it, but it's always such a reality check.

I have my first and favorite 03' in Vintage Cherry SB and my 04' Spalted Maple Exotic. These were my favorites out of what I had, but I did love the neck on the Amber Quilted Collector's Edition that I sold. I just wish it was on a different body. One thing I'm very happy about is that my black Korean model went to our very own texred, and she loves it. It's always great when you get a guitar to a person who loves it as much (or more) than you did.

That's it. Just updating the status of my little Hardtail family.

Ciao.

Seen Dean's newest version of the Hardtail? It has been changed slightly and is called the Icon now. https://www.deanguitars.com/query?upc=819998123253

Yeah, I've seen it. The changes in the body aren't great and it isn't as slick and graceful looking, but it's not that bad. The inlays are terrible though. I could never live with those. I'm glad they're still making a similar guitar, I just wish it was sexier for lack of a better word.

I know the Icon is "close" but somehow it just doesn't do it for me like the hardtail.

Just now I was finally trying to post NGD. Finally got pics in focus. Don't know how to shrink em. Second try was 10 pages of code.
I don't have any guitars. Fixed.
