There are lot's of other brands of pups that get covered here, and i think that's really cool. It's a good honest place to talk about what you like and don't like. I personally don't push the DiMarzio thing that hard while here, not that I really hold back ... But being a DMZ guy I don't try to shove a DMZ down someone's throat as an alternative to a SD pup. And so it should be, we all have pups that we like for certain reasons. SD and DMZ might get the lion's share of the attention, well they are two of the biggest out there; However there are many others as well. We all are driven by an appreciation for quality, whether musically or with the equipment that becomes so much a part of our lives. Respect is given and respect is gained, and I think that carries over into that open mindedness that was spoken of, it seems that it's a trademark of this board that should be shared by other forums ... sadly this is not the case in many instances. Many of the other forums out there could learn something from this forum ... period. Yes, that is my opinion I realize,
it's my further opinion that it comes real close to being a fact.
I think this forum represents a good source of info for players of all levels, and tends to be a creative boost, and thought provoking sometimes, all good things for anyone looking to add to their art. :werd:
Of course I still wish that DiMarzio had a forum also ... :boggled: Oh well ...
