Minion of One
I wouldn't mind being able to buy an original one but they are a little out of my price range. hehe.

^^^ Been researching this for the last two weeks myself. Mission amps are supposed to have the best component list, and the best schematics/build guides, and a whole bunch of build tips for flawless results.
Mission
Not a 5E3
5E3 is the last revision of the tweed Deluxe circuit that goes back to '55 and is usually easiest to spot as a 'narrow panel' cabinet - the amp you pictured is a 'wide panel' cab and those were around from about '53-'55 or so. The one you pictured is either a 5B3, 5C3, or 5D3 circuit.
Before '53 the cabs had a rounded speaker opening - those are called 'TV fronts'.
Well, why not?
Mission
Bruce has owned and worked on hundreds of vintage Fenders...he knows them and he knows them well!
Whatever happened to Lew anyway?
In the end it deosnt matter much. Any.. and I mean ANY reish sounds nothing whatsoever like a real 50's tweed amp.
A real 50's tweed is astonishing beyond all belief, and reish is just pretty good.
