What are your favorite picks?

I did a search on "picks" and it seems like this hasn't come up really recently. So who makes your favorite pick(s). I've been going through a period of trying dozens of different picks to try to find that one that's perfect for me. In the process I've started using thicker picks than I ever have, but they have to be a certain kind of pick. V-Picks are that kind - the ones I'm using have bevels, so that you're functionally playing with a thinner pick, but the middle of it is thicker to provide a more natural, looser grip, while the pick still slides smoothly off the string. A thick pick without that bevel is un-playable for me. The ones I've settled on for my electrics are these (V-Pick Large Round and Screamer). Both are 2.75mm thick. This is huge for me, so it is taking a bit of getting used to, but I'm already finding I can play with a lighter touch, which is less fatiguing and actually seems to sound better. For acoustic I still prefer a thinner pick with a bit of flex in it, for strumming - as I do mostly rhythm playing on acoustic - and for that I'm using a Gravity pick (similar to V-Picks; both are hand made of acrylic).

Chris sent me this as a sample a few months ago. I love it. I use this, as well as a Dunlop Ultex Jazz III.

I make wooden picks at home so those if not Dunlop pointy ones I have no clue the name

I played with my fingers exclusively for a period of about a year.

Recently switched back to these guys:

I've been trying to learn chickin pickin which is more difficult than doing a belly crawl over broken glass. Seriously, I don't know how people play that stuff.

I bought a used guitar case at GC recently and found three Jim Dunlop Stubby 2.0's inside. I would never in a million years have thought these would work for me, but it's my current favorite. Very thick, easy to grip, but a good clean edge.

Dunlop Max Grip. I used Dunlop Tortex for about 20 years, but I switched to the Max Grips a couple of years ago.

Most of the time red Dunlop Jazz IIIs but I do have and use form time to time Fender 351's and 451's in Heavy or Extra Heavy, EJ Jazz III's, Herco Flex 75's and sometimes I go back to my old mainstay of .73 Tortex which I used for about 15 years until I switched to the Jazz III's

Some older V-Picks that still serve me well. They're on the thin side.

I've been using Jazz IIs for a few weeks now, after recently trying a bunch of stuff. I used yellow tortex for many years and still have a bunch. I've found that I like the more mellow tone of the Jazz IIs, and they work well for playing 3 and 4 note chords for r&b. The tortex sound "tinny" to me after playing the nylon Jazz picks, too. Couldn't jive with pointy tip Jazz IIIs.

Man I remember those jellyfish. Felt like playing with a rusty fork. I didn't like it.

E-Bows are way cool though. I'm always borrowing my buddy's.

I won a sample of Gravity picks on here recently, and I like them a lot, but prefer my Tortex .73 Sharps (the yelow ones with the super pointy tip).

I love the E-bow! I can only credibly use this about once every six months (like when my band cuts into Eleanor Rigby) but it is a great way to burn through 9V batteries.

On top of my cab at rehearsal I always have a few picks, a tuner, a capo, a beer, and an E-bow.
