Eddie Van Halen used to have the best tone around untill he dumped his Marshall and Strat,horrible now,The Peavey guitar and amps killed his brown sound!!!!!
Just saw them live and OUCHEIHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Couldnt even figure out what song they were playing it was so bad!

Thanks for the link. Aerosmith knows tone, knows gear, and will kick the ass of any rock band you put onstage next to them. Period. Joe and Brad have supreme taste in gear, use nothing but the very best, and you can hear the difference. Interesting that their Klon Centaurs have remained the only constant on their pedalboards. They seem to like T. Rex stuff, too.
I got the Mudhoney, but really want that T. Rex Replex Delay Brad is using.

when I saw them live their tone was awesome, so many different details in their sound. and me and my dad snuck to the 4th row and I was checking out joe perrys sloppy wall of vintage amps! he was using all of them too because they were all on and miked. and in the middle of their set they played that new single from their new album and joe sang, and right before they started to pay the song the entire wall of amps and drums turned 180 all the way around and there was an assortment of vintage fender amps!! coolest thing ever.mrid said:

I saw Janes Addiction once at the Hammerstein in NYC. The sound was superb. Flea sounded fantastic and Dave Navarro was great. I would have to say that the best stadium sound I've heard was Pink Floyd at Yankee Stadium many years ago. Aerosmith also sounds great and the Allmans at the Beacon in NYC is fantasic. Never heard them anywhere else.

Most definitely, not a simple question to answer.
If you think about not the guitarists but the whole integrity of the sound of the whole band then I would say the best live sound I've ever heard was AC/DC's '91 Monsters of Rock tone. No one could sound like that in that stadium, before and after. I would also name Sting's "Brand New Day" tour sound when they played here. After the show, at home I loaded the CD and considered that it sounds worse than the show. That was the only time when sonically my beloved Tannoys (and superb recording works) were defeated :saeek:

....for the burgers I mean. That's through a resturant or store. But nothing beat's the burgers my wife makes: fresh beef & veal, green onions, some chopped jalapanos, basil, lemon pepper, eggs....... man that's GOOD!!!!
