A wine red Les Paul Custom is honestly the most beautiful guitar I've ever seen.

Just so elegant looking, and seems aesthetically fitting for any application I want out of it.

Second choice would be a black LPC. I don't care much for the white or fireburst ones. A nice deep wine red with gold hardware is very hard to beat.

+1. Ebony LPC's are simply elegant, and wine red is pretty nice too. White ones don't have that magic. But white SG Customs look great. Some colors work best with certain body designs.

I hate to say this, but i wouldnt take a washburn if you gave to to me.Who plays a washburn?? Thats ridiculous. Carvin..nit sure, but they aren't really cool either to say you play.

Not all washies are alike...some are american, other oldies are matsumoku japan. Plenty of people have liked both of those. Cheapies they arent

I've always associated these with jazz bands in classy, upscale places, people sipping vintage cognac, women in expensive party dresses, etc.

Pretty much any "Custom" model from Gibson just oozes class and sophistication. If these instruments were people they'd be the likes of Audrey Hepburn and Frank Sinatra. If that ain't sexy then get out.
