6100 for me too. I only have one guitar with them - but i kinda prefer them now.

I've come to realize I like narrow frets as long as they are tall. The old Ibby destroyers were where I first realized it- it had wire very similar to 6105, just a bit wider. I don't care for wide frets at all- whether it's R8/MIJ clone low wide, fender med jumbo, or Dean railroad tracks. Gibson stock wire is about as wide as I like and 6105 is perfect.

Also worth noting.....and I apologize if someone already mentioned this....but Warmoth's "6105s" are NOT the same as actual Dunlop 6105s (ie. Wolfgang frets).
I had the neck on one of my EBMM Axis guitars re-radiused flatter, with Dunlop 6105s installed, and couldn't be happier. It improved my stamina, allowed me to practice with intensity much longer, and made me a better player, period.
Different strokes for different folks, though, obviously.

I prefer medium jumbo or larger (up to at least 6100). All the necks I have ordered have been SS 6100 height with med width (Warmoth stuff mainly). However as I have moved to playing a Jag with .09's I am not sure I would do that with this guitar. There Med to vintage (fender) might be a better plan.

playin a schecter has kind of spoiled me in that way, they make all those metal guitars so my tempest came with jumbo & well, I do a lot of bends now

Fender says I have "vintage style" frets on my Jaguar... so I say I prefer those vintage style frets... actually... I care more about fretboard radius... 7.25" that is... alrighty mighty, because I hate flat fretboards... my fingers cramp when playing complex chords on those. Jaguars definately have the smoothest feeling neck imo.
