Right now, I have a inexpensive Washburn X series, an Aristides Guzman nylon string, and a Grafitti Yellow (AKA Rebelyella) Tom Delonge Strat. Got a Peavey Valveking 112 and a couple of pedals I almost never use.

back when i started getting my own stuff though(about 2 years ago), i only had the epiphone SG in stock trim and a line 6 spider III 15w. worked ok, cleans were horrid though. only good tones i could get were metal tones(which i didn't care for) but i couldn't even get those since i had a microphonic cable!:smack: needless to say i started upgrading very soon after.

i had a crappy laney SS amp, an ibanez shredder which was actually a decent guitar, no pedals and a takamine acoustic. The ibby was bought in a shop that deals in a lot of trades and second hands. my dad got it for me as my 1st electric guitar and i tried for years on and off to get used to playing it but the super jumbo frets were a no go, i kept bending the notes out of tune. I also hated the floyd. thats why i remained an acoustic player until i was about 20 and i traded the ibby for a epi sheraton II. Thats where the love with electric guitar started for me. Ditched the laney and bought a blues jnr too.

That ibby is probably the reason that i am, to this day, completely anti floyd and jumbo frets, lol.

Ibanez Artist AR300 Tri-sound, MXR distortion, Marshall '68 small box plexi/ 4 x 12 size Marshall 2 x 12.

1) $99 Peavey Stat copy
2) Some sort of Jackson Dinky w/ 3 humbuckers and a tone-o-matic.
3) Peavey Rage 108 solid state practice amp
4) Peavey VSS 20 mini-stack amplifier

I recorded all the guitar work on our first two E.P.'s with this crap :p

I had a Schecter C1+ loaded with zebra Duncan PG/PGn. Plugged it into a POD and ran through a crappy Line 6 Spider.

A few strats, a tele or 2, a epi wildkat, some godins, a gibson V, and a bunch of others. I also played a Les Paul for about a year. For amps, I played a peavey windsor, a fender blues deluxe, and a traynor ycv40.

It was when I was 19 that I got my serious gear. I got my PRS and my mesa, which is all that matters now.

Cort hollowbody, one that looked like a PRS. With a Screamin Demon bridge pup that had 12 flat head screws and an Alnico 4 mag.

Charvel Fusion 5 with a JB bridge.

Some random cheap guitar made out of cedar. Had a hot ceramic bridge pup in it.

Yamaha Pacifica with EMG-85 bridge.

Squire Affinity Strat.

Roland Jazz Chorus 120.

Spina Modded DS-1.

Dunlop Hendrix Wah.


I smashed the Yamaha, the Charvel was stolen, and the rest I sold to feed my addictions (that I thankfully overcame.) The only thing I still have is the Squire, which I've wrecked so bad over the years I can't believe it still plays!

Well, when I first started playing I just had my Squier Affinity Strat through the fender frontman 15G amp. Soon after I bought an Epiphone Les Paul Special II, which I have recently sold. I also have a Fender MIM tele and a '79Gretch BST-1000. I still need a better amp though.

Early teens - Kent guitar and a Fender Princeton amp
Middle teens - Stratocaster and a Ampeg V4
Late teens - Stratocaster and a Marshall JTM-45

Also a Gretch White Falcon that my parents bought for me as my gradulation present.
