What guitar are you playing today?

This Beastie.

Think I've only had my Fenders in my hands this year. My Lead III has been traveling with me as it has a lot of pickup config options. All it's truly missing is a Kahler and some SD's, but I'm okay with the stocks so far.

I'll try to link in my pic from my NGD post:

Running scales all day on the white Les Paul, my guitar teacher wants me to get these exercises up to 90BPM. The Lester is built for speed.

Though I'll never be a shredder, incorporating scales into my warmup routine has yielded results for me on the speed front. That and heavy use of a metronome.

Just changed the pickups in my purple Headless Ehdwuld

Swapped toban Oripure half rails set with an A2 neck at 7.5 ohms
And an A5 bridge at 14.5 ohms

From what i read Oripure is the boutique pickups from Fleor

Put in the switch that let's me choose blade or screw coil in single pickup mode
Or inside or outside coils in mid position

Here is the video
I have some issues getting the pictures from imgur to work lately.

I was looking at a Lead III at my Mom & Pop for around $400, I almost grabbed it.

There are a few still out there and they are discounted. I think paid the full $599 for mine. It covers hum and single coil tones well enough that I can't complain.

I really enjoy playing my '82 mutt Lead II with the replacement Tele Deluxe neck. But I think I have a couple Les Pauls which weigh less. I'd like to Kahler it, but I get shamed so often for doing that to my Bullet S-3 and Stratocaster that I may try and find a new one to butcher.

I'm heading out to work with a keyboardist who is playing a track from our new album. I am bringing the white Les Paul Custom Lite with me.
