What guitar are you playing today?

Didn't get a chance yesterday, sadly. Tonight it will probably be the E flat Schecter Omen, unless I decide to go against my own stated goal again just to be a self-contrarian.

not a guitar, but this is what im playin today. buddy made me a head cab for my tw express clone. stoked to let this thing roar!

For the last few things I have done I played my 2023 Kiesel Delos At Church for the last few Sundays, I played it through my PRS Custom 50 head into a CaptorX. Love this guitar and am so glad I bought it instead of a Suhr Classic!! With the Swamp ash body it's under 7lbs, the Ghoto 510 is super smooth and articulate, it plays like butter, never moves in tuning and these Kiesel pickups (pair of Marks Singles and a Beryllium bridge)sound absolutely fantastic! As close to perfection out of the case as any guitar I have ever owned (close second is my 2017 Kiesel DC 135).

Today, it will be my absolute favorite guitar I own- an early 2000's Ernie Ball Silhouette Special. It is light, it balances well, and just has the sound I have in my head when I think about guitar. It can also handle any kind of music I know how to play, too. Mine is pearl blue, but I'd eventually love to track down a purple one.

Charvel again tonight. Stubbornly trying to work on some faster Megadeth tunes that are almost but not quite in my reach. Well, the rhythm anyway. Working on solos too but man I'm so slow. Someday...

A confluence of events has kept me from playing guitar over the past few days and I hate it. Realistically probably can't play today either. I need my daily dose gah dammit, my fingers are getting twitchy.

A SKI, LP copy from China. As soon as I get a set of strings on it and give it a setup.

PRS Swamp Ash Special SE. Also play all my Telecasters too; but the PRS mostly. It has a DiMarzio Air Zone in the bridge, Duncan Alnico 2 Pro Strat pickup in the middle and a DiMarzio Air Norton in the neck position.

Today is a teaching day, so I use a Steinberger. It is light, balanced, and that makes it easy to sit or stand for hours.

I've had the same set of strings on this thing for 6 months and I finally had to change em because they couldn't hold tune any more.
