What have you all ordered off the Duncan Custom Shop?

Wonder what your ideas have been for custom pickups. Just curioius.

The only CS pickup I have owned was a non-aged-looking Antiquity JB. But I didn't order it.

other than forum pups, ive had a 10k antiquity bucker, 9.4k antiquity bucker, two '53 tapped jb esquire pups but for strat, a single coil p bass qp stack... im sure there are others im forgetting at the moment. i havent finished my coffee yet

I ordered a Seth set in powder coated black covers (with small black logo), both 4 conductor, with neck's magnet flipped.

My recent original idea was a '59 Custom Hybrid bridge & Jazz neck voiced set, only wound on Parallel Axis bobbins. I was just about to order those when the Forum convinced me to first try a PATB-1 set.

I ordered a replacement Fender X-1 for my Lead II bridge slot, but that is not very original. Well, I might have said it could be a bit hotter and offered to send in the neck pup. MJ said that was not necessary and what she sent is perfect! An X-1 from 0 to 8.25 on the volume control; a little extra from 8.25 to 10.



My others from the CS are 2 Brobuckers, a Crazy 8 bridge, 50th Anniversary Seth set and a set of MJ's Magicbuckers.

I also ordered a double screw 59/Custom Hybrid with a roughcast magnet. It is a great sounding pickup.

The Crazy8 and the Stra-Bro90 I ordered with the forum runs for each. I had regretted not getting a Brobucker in the original run, so a couple years ago I ordered a trem-spaced covered Brobucker.

I have another that I bought secondhand, which is a PATB-3 wind on screw/slug trembucker bobbins. It's one of my favorites.

Has anyone ordered any sort of tweaked JB? I'm curious about those. I'd be tempted to order an Antiquity Thrash Factor, haha.

I didn’t go direct, but recently ordered a set of Dynasonics through an online dealer for my Duo Jet. Originally asked for non-RWRP, which (unfortunately) didn’t happen. Not complaining though, as they were a (relatively) good price. Still fine-tuning the neck, but the bridge is killer!

I only have a few CS pups, but I got them from forum bro's. Not the Custom Shop per se. I got a Diablo from Masta' C before they were a production model. And I have both a Lil PG N & B from two different forum bro's. That's all I can think of.
