It's kind of like asking which is the best of the 31 flavors at Baskin Robins. The JB is the best selling pickup of all time, but I doubt many here would argue that it's the best. I think Seymour would pick the Antiquity line if push came to shove, but that's just an educated guess.
It's all about personal taste.

My fave is a '59 for the bridge and Jazz for the neck....then again I kinda like a cleaner traditional tone in a 'bucker.

O come on! We're talking most comfortable blue jeans or t-shirt. Best multipurpose pickup. Don't give me there's no best. Make a choice. No, you don't always wear a blue jeans and t-shirt, but for most of us that is the most comfortable attire. We put on a suit for the Wedding, funeral, dinner party...but most of the time for us it's blue jeans and t-shirt...

My personal faves would be the Antiquity, Seth Lover, Alnico 2 Pro, 59B and Custom Custom.

I think the question *crown jewel* and best are two different questions. I love the Seth and the '59, and I couldn't pick between those two. If I had to pick a crown jewel, it would be the Seth -- although I haven't tried the Antiquities yet.

Yep pretty much agree with that apart from i dont love the 59 and seth.
the seth is like THE HUMBUCKER but its not my favorite.

What SD HB could be installed into any HH guitar and that pickup would sound great whatever guitar in gets installed in?
