WHAT IS YOUR EVERYDAY GO TO GUITAR

Yeah, whatever's currently out on my 5-6 floor stands atm. They're usually out there cuz I just changed strings or worked on them in some way/fixed them up/tuned them ...or if they're new and I just got them....

The one's I've probably jammed the most on over the years are my Ibanez S540, MIJ Jackson Dinky, a couple of my Cort's, My Charvel Pro Series, Grote Semi Hollow, AXL Badwater, BC Rich Ironbird Pro.. eh, you get the idea :lmao:

I have no idea. I'm not that much of a Bass player. If by Sweet spot you mean "for a Bass I paid 100 dollars for and have gigged multiple times" then yeah...

Sledgehammer is a bit of a rare bird. I got it from a Bass player who extracted the electronics and added the Aguilar passive.
By "sweet spot" I meant where the pickup is placed on a Musicman Stingray.
But $100 is very sweet spot in your bank account for such a nice looking bass :)

I usually play S shaped objects, but lately I've been digging this a lot. A favourite for sure. SG guys know this, but these are very versatile. They love to rawk out, of course (if an A chord sounds bad on one, don't buy), but they cover a lot. Whatever they did in redesigning the pickups in these, a fine job, they're very dynamically sensitive and cope with all manner of gain and timbre situations.

Oh - thought you were talking about the "MM" - In dean Language that is Metal Man...hahahaha

The Natural Sledgehammer - I'll say yes. Sounds fantastic. That was a cool $300, so you know, you get what you pay for hahaha

I don't have a go-to, because each guitar fulfills a different need and two are in non-E-standard tunings. So it really depends on what I feel like playing and practicing.

For D standard metal, the LTD.
For E flat metal, the Schecter.
For E standard metal or rock and solo work, the Les Paul.
For funk or neo-soul, the Cutlass.

Probably nowadays a Teton STC10NT. A cheap classical that I don't have to feel bad playing on my dock or out in the woods

I used to have an Applause for that
plastic body with aluminum fretboard

Great creekside axe

You could only play it in shorts
Pants made the round back slide off your leg

As of now I'm almost exclusively Carvin Kiesel. Just don't play my other guitars. As of late have been playing mostly one of 4 depending on the need.
My 2 red Kiesel DC's, My Kiesel Delos or my Carvin SH60. All have Kiesel Carvin pickups also.
