He use the -1 for years, bought the -2 as an 'upgrade' for the In Utero tour i think.

Funny..... I did the opposite. I upgraded my DS-2 for a DS-1

Thanks for the info though. I remember getting an easy sale on my ds-2 cause Nirvana was still pretty hot at the time I sold it. Not a bad pedal.....
