What Joyo and Mooer Pedals equal what?

Those things are all pretty much designed around something. For example, I'm certain the Joyo US Dream is the Suhr riot. And I'm pretty sure the Mooer Ana-echo is the Ibanez AD-9. But exactly which Phaser is the Orange Phaser? 45, old 90, current 90????

They have a lot of stuff. IS the Joyo Crunch a DS-1???

Anyone have a complete rundown?

I think the Triangle Buff Fuzz is a Big Muff, the Elec Lady is an Electric Mistress, and there's an OCD clone too.

Mooer ultra drive is a modded ds1.

Cruncher is a Crunchbox.

The geen od thing is a TS9.

Flex boost is a AC Booster

Ensemble King is a Boss C(horus) E(nsemble) 2/3 type.

Black something distortion is a Rat.

Its pretty obvious if you go on the Mooer website.

The Anaecho is the old Boss analog delay..dm2?

I.do not think my reecho is a clone of any one pedal, but I could be wrong.

are Mooer and Joyo reliable though ? I don't usually buy into the boutique mindset of having the most expensive pedal but I also like durability

I think the orange Mooer is a phase 90 with a block and script switch
The Black Secret is a RAT and Turbo Rat
There are the silicon and germanium fuzz faces
A DS-1 with settings based on the Keeley Mod
The Chorus is a CE-2 with level control
and then there are a few others
I have a blakc secret and ensemble king and they both sound great although i need to replace the black secrets footswitch but that can happen to any 3DPT

I have the Joyo Vintage Phase and Vintage Overdrive.

My understanding is the Vintage Phase is a Script Phase 90 clone and the Vintage Overdrive is a "classic tube screamer, with a JFC4588 chip".

Very happy with both pedals.

Well - rugged and reliable is an issue depending on your use. If it's a set and leave on always or a home use only - whatever. Or, even if you don't smash things . You can tap instead of stomp...

I'm just raising the question because these two makers have a lot of popular pedals and they are definitely based on other things.

People have nailed the ones that I'm aware of as direct clones. I've got the Joyo Sweet Baby and Roll Boost (obviously a Micro Amp clone), and Mooer Flex Boost, Trellicopter (not sure what this one is based on), and Hustle Drive (the OCD). I really like them. I'm not too concerned about durability, I've had the Sweet Baby for almost a year at this point, and it hasn't given me and trouble. And even if it does break, I'd rather replace it with another ~$30 pedal than a ~$200 pedal.

I have a Mooer 'Blues Crab'. It's touted as a clone of the original Marshall BluesBreaker overdrive. I've only used it once since I got it and have yet to sit down and A/B it with my trusty old BB. I really don't expect it be an exact copy, but hoping it's close enough so I can leave the ol' bboy at home once in a while. I'll try to do a video demo comparing the two one day soon.

It's supposed to be a Crunch Box clone.
I have the Deluxe Crunch which is a Crunch Box with the presence knob outside (instead of internally). I'm quite impressed with the sound

I would say that poster is fairly correct,but the reecho is definitely NOT a DD3. I had a dd3 for years I bought when they first arrived and it was a cold harsh sterile unashamedly digital pedal with no emulation.The reecho (only) emulates tape, bbd analog, and natural (cavern) echoes. Not amazingly well, but def not anything like a dd3.

I've tried both the Cruncher and the Crunch Box, and they are definitely very, very close. I'm not a fan of the Crunch Box though.

I hope to make a nano pedaltrain in a few years and use the mono tick case and mono guitar case. those Mooer pedals would work perfectly!
