What kind of Gibson Pickup's are these?

I've never seen double leads before. Is this a version of 4 conductor leads?

Im fairly sure the humbucker patent is general, not pup-specific... you'll likely need ohm readings

I worked on my bandmate's '80-something SG, with a Dirty Fingers pickup. It had the same leads. Pretty sure that it is an old style three wire humbucker, with two positive leads and a braided ground wrap on each. On those, you can split to one coil, but not the other.

There for sale for $25 each. 8.4 k ohms according to the seller. Is that a fair price.
Any comparison sound wise to other pickups?

That's cheap enough to try almost any pickup. Who knows, you might love them. If not, mot much harm done.

One lead is for splitting the pickup. Dirty Fingers came like this.

$25 a pop for Dirty Fingers is pretty cool, if that's what they are... theyre not, though, unless measured split by accident?

Probably 490's?
