I don't have picture of the top. He is in Charvel guitar in Jackson plastic can. CC sticker can mean that is a custom custom (sh11) ?

CC sticker means Custom Custom, and one screw hole on each side of the baseplate means standard spaced.

Looks like one side has been modded for larger poles, but after looking at it, why would someone want double poles???
