I´m not a super vintage specialist, but my opinion is "no way". I´ve never seen stickers and markings like that on any vintage fender pu, I can´t imagine the ´61s being that different...

The two on the right appear to be those more modern Fender plastic one-piece bobbins, plus the wire appears to be poly rather than formvar or PE, which would also fit the current Fender M.O.
Can't tell about the one on the left, except to say it has a duller, more textured look, like forbon -- which means it's probably old-school design, top and bottom forbon flatwork held together by the rod magnets + super glue.
