What Pickup do I need?

I have a Squire Custom with two hambucker chrome pickups that sound :lame:

I like to play loud retro punk.

Seeing what you like, I'd have to agree with Jeremy, some kind of PAF type humbucker, probably dual '59s would be best for you to keep the low end tight, because other PAF types like the Seth Lover, Alnico II Pro, and the Pearly Gates all have alnico 2 magnets, which give the low end a mushier, spongy feel. The '59 has a pretty dark sound, so it should work great. I'd also recommend the Custom or the Custom 5 in the bridge with a '59 in the neck if you want a hotter bridge pickup.

59's will get the job done! I use them in my Tele and my bands sound is perfectly described in your above post.
