CC was actually in the bar where I play my regular gig last week. He's a super nice guy. The other guitar player I was playing with played a fast bluegrass breakdown tune for him, and he went absolutely nuts. He said that he was playing GMP guitars, but since they are out of business he'll probably go back to Gibson. I'm not sure about him being classically trained, he told me that he doesn't know the names of any chords. Even basic ones. But he's a really nice dude. And quite a character.
