I have a boatload of tools. If someone asks and genuinely needs to borrow or know what it's called no problem. If they are a dick about it, then no. That being said I've only seen 2 types of truss rod adjustments in my years of playing. A Hex, that requires a socket, there are thin wall, impact(thick wall), deep well, medium well, shallow, and low profile, in 6 or 12 point. An Allen(inverted hex) that requires an Allen wrench, T-handle Allen, or Allen socket. All of these are available in SAE and Metric. You might need an extension to get where you need to be. I got really tired of the BS earlier in the thread so I may have missed what type of guitar you are working on. There isn't a fastener made that doesn't have a tool to fit it. Now, be nice, ask politely and you'll get a lot more help.
