Ok Im selling my dualie next week. And will have money left over from other payments...

I can buy some new stuff:

a) New Vox AC30 and 1 or 2 pedals.

b) KK roadcase for the markIV, tu-2, dd-5 and spina vox847 + money left over.

c) Rackmount kit for markIV, 6sp KK rack, rackmount tuner, t.c. g-major.

Any thoughts?

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

Get yourself an AC30, some type of boost and either a compressor or an EQ. Another option instead of the pedals is to get a reverb like Fender's spring reverb unit (since AC30s lack reverb).

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

C, but that head in a rack with other stuff will be so goddamned heavy...

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

the new AC30 Custom Classic's have reverb and tremolo...sound amazing, and a master volume knob...I absolutely love mine

RAAACK!!!

The G-Major alone will provide hours of fun tweaking and twiddling, and combined with the Mk in a rack that´s a badass rig :headbang:

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

Seems to me like the metal kids like option C.
I also like option C.

But a vox is just so.... tempting.

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

Or you could get a Vox. How about a Vox? Have you considered a Vox? Another option is purchasing a Vox. Then there's the Vox option.

So many choices...

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

G-Major, and what is the point of putting the Mark in a rackmount, my next door neighbor has one and it is really fudgin heavy.

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

AC-30 because they are awsome (not as awsome as a Marshall for dirty IMO) and whatever pedals make you horny.

Re: What to buy, need some assistance

i'd go for the rack, and it being heavy shouldn't be too much of a pain as long as it has casters.
