What year did fender switch from ‘phone book’ capacitors to ceramic capacitors?

Simple question someone hopefully has some info on. What year did fender switch from ‘phone book’ capacitors to ceramic capacitors?

1963.

In '68, there were many Strats that, for some reason, used "Chicklet" caps for this year only. But for the most part, Fender caps have been ceramic discs since '63.

And FWIW, the "phone book" caps were on Strats before '63. Teles/Esquires used tubular shaped caps in that period.
