God I just don't know what to do anymore! I tighten it, wiggle it, ive installed washers...

how can i fix it without adding another part, or changing the existing jack?

is that thing easy to install? I didnt plan on modifying the guitar much.

the electrosocket jack is easy to install and works great. you won't have a loose jack again.

+1000 Never going back to a standard tele jack plate again!!
+2000. It installs with two screws and is FAR superior to a standard Tele cup jack assembly. Even the guys on the TDPRI forums recommend them.

And it feels so good going in... the cable, that is. Very positive "click"

I hate the standard tele jack cup. So much in fact that I went with an LP-style plate on my partscaster. MUCH better!
