What does your guitar feel like in your hands, a hot rod 32 Ford coupe, a 62 Vette, a 69 Vette Stingray?
​​​​​​maybe you play a Pinto or a Chevette. . .

Am I the only one that correlates my guitars with cars?

I drove a mustard yellow Pinto wagon covered in DiNoc (fake wood) for many years. Served me well until that idiot girl plowed into me during a rainstorm.

The old 74' 75' Pinto Wagons were pretty cool. I'm pretty sure they had a 302 and were very light.

I find it hard to draw comparisons, perhaps because nobody is making cars like they did in the 50s or the 80s.

The guitar year and the car year do not have to match

Laugh all you want, but this Pinto station wagon looks like the precursor to the modern mini-SUV which is so popular today.

While it was lambasted in its day, today everyone is driving it's equivalent.

80s was the most famous decade for broken down cars.

Iroc & SS Camaro, trans am/ firebird & Mustang were the only thingS to come out of the 80's Lol except for Callaway Corvettes, twin turbo 300Z, Toyota Supra mk2, Buick GNX, Nissan R34 Skyline, etc, etc, etc, . . .

Don't make me get into super cars and luxury cara.

One of the sexiest cars ever built. It's got serious class & I love the color. I'm partial to the car though. . I don't think it would matter what color.

I drive one like this. I expect my guitars to be similar: nothing too flashy, but good looking, borderline indestructible and capable of doing everything I want, even efter 28 years.
