Ok here goes...

Vintage Strat (or double humbucker strat, depends on song) all with SD's [of course] -> A/B box.

A side: cleans-either a Fender twin or Bandmaster modded with efx loop for chorus, delays, etc. (Hey why not both, this is a dream rig!) Would have a tube screamer or the like in front of the Fender for some 'in between' sounds...those smooth, light breakup tones.

B side: add a second A/B switch to go to a JCM 800/Mesa Single Recto running simultaneously for rhythm and a Soldano or 5150 for leads. Only effect would be delay, which I don't use much.

This is major overkill but I think it would sound cool!

maybe 2 4x12 cabs
a nice effects processor(G major or force or eventide harmonizer)

mesa boogie triaxis
2:90 pre amp
tc electronics G major
MIDI foot switch


i guess theres some other stuff but i cant think of any mroe stuff, simple is enough

a gibby going into a mesa rec. for rhythm, a jcm 800 2210 for lead, and a fender showman silver face for cleans... i wet myself just now...

all on some cool but simple switching thing
into a medium sized fx board with a solid wah, tubescreamer, univibe type deal, tape echo, amps footswitches, guitar switching, and a ds-1, and an a/b box

a channel amp would be a vox ac30 with a 2X12 cab, set for clean, chimey, reverb
b channel amp would be a marshall jtm 18watt head clone with a matching 4X12

now as for a rig id be totally content with:
1 nice guitar into a nice small tube amp, with a few effects thrown in occasionally, o wait......yea, i have that. godin sdxt loaded with 59/classicstack/JB into a crate VC30 1X12 combo (needs new tubes and speaker, sometime....) as for effects a dunlop crybaby, boss blues driver, and mxr dyna comp...and a martin d-15 w/ fishman neoD in soundhole pickup. yea, im set for now...

mine is kind of a do it all rig, for guitars:
my teles, all three
and my bluesbird
plus a custom made (by Aaron Solomon) jazz guitar

for pedals:
i have my dyna comp
my zvex fuzz factory
plus some nice tremolo pedal and maybe another fuzz.
to completely round out my pedal board i need a three way lehle switcher

for amps:
i would a/b/c my soldano with a divided by 13 and a matchless cheiftain

I think that should about do it, suprisingly i am more than half way there : )
