Faves: Silver, candy-apple red, chrome blue, 2-tone sunbursts, vintage white, tobacco and desert bursts,

Hates: Orange, Gold, "targetbursts" Yellow, flat brown (unless it's actual wood), purple, anything neon.

BLUE!! Three guitars in my GAS are all blue.
Green
Red

Dislikes:
Light colours, including Seafoam, especially seafoam (sorry Seafoamer!)
Purple colours look horrible too IMO...

FAVORITES: Most transparents...anything where you can still see the wood grain...anything from Natural to Trans White to Trans Black to the "Bursts". My current favorite & GAS is Mary Kaye White. My next Tele project will be a swamp ash Tele in Mary Kaye White.

LEAST FAVORITE: Aside from those horrible "splatter bursts", there aren't a lot that I "hate"....colors here & there, but in general, there's nothing I dislike just some I prefer over others!

Least fav, high gloss natural colors (ie late 70's über gloss stratocasters)

i like many colors. iwould want a teal PRS thing going on if i could choose.

of all the colors, i probably hate gecko. it just looks nasty.

favs: Black or royal blue, i also really like natural thin finishes like lemon oil on a guitar
hated colors: i hate hate hate thick polyurethane natural finishes like the finish on the new lite ash strats, and i hate tye dye guitars and any translucent finishes on quilted maple guitars

One of the favorites in my collection...

Overall I'm not to picky with colors, if I see a finish and it strikes me as nice, that must mean I dig it . I did choose sunburst for my Wolfgang over the other color choices though, it just spoke to me.

Nope, it's not a JPM at all, just a hot rodded RG321 . I dropped in a Tone Zone, Air Norton, new pots, Sperzel tuners, and a $15 graphics kit from Universal Jems. Killer axe for ~$500

Not really, not floating ones anyways, but I love the "blocked" trem on my Wolfgang. I love the neck on the 321, and the mahogany body. It's just a well-built guitar that gave me a rock solid platform to soup it up just how I wanted it.

And yes there are strings on it now .

i really enjoy the black cherry/ dark red transparent finish, theres a quilted maple schecter w/ a dark red transparent finish that i think is gorgeous. but i really like my Diamond-plate finish on my ESP, it's black but the texture makes it stand out on stage. jackson's Crimson Swirl is also a pretty cool finish
