Does anyone have a good source or know where to buy some capacitors and resistors? I am going to attempt the greasebucket curcuit. Thanks.

Re: where to buy capacitors?

I get a lot of resistors and caps these days from Hoffman Amps.

Specialty Guitars has some 2000V .05uf ceramic caps that I like a lot because they're about the same size as the 50V .05uf tone cap in my '69 Tele.

Nice big diameter ceramic cap, without paying high prices for a reproduction like what Acme sells. Not that they sound all that different than a poly-whatever cap, but they're a good fit in a Tele control cavity. No shoehorning required.

Warmoth or Stewmac when I can't find what I want, but depending on where you are Radioshack should have what you need. (Not my Radioshack because in Costa Rica you can't find jack!!! I hate that!!)
