Where to get started with Flamenco Rumaba strumming?

I'm trying to get into fancy Latin American strumming but I don't know enough about it to know where to begin.

Any of yall know any good resources?

YouTube to start, then a good teacher. It would be really hard to learn from a book, or just a recording.
