Where to sell some equipment?

Heya Ya'll,
I have a few items I would like to sell, but don't really know where to go. Yeah, there's eBay, but I worry about the growing amount of fraud on there, as well as shipping issues. Where are some other places I can check out to move some of this stuff?

For instance, I have 3 Line 6 4x12 cabs I can get rid of, as well as a Line 6 Head (Flextone II). Also, a Laney Combo (don't remember the model number) I can get rid of. There's other stuff too, but I'm sure you get the picture.

So, in addition to eBay, where else might I look to find buyers who might be interested in this stuff (without getting ripped off)?

Guitar shops in your area might offer a consignment service - sell your gear in their store, and they keep a small cut of the profits. I've sold amps too large to ship on consignment before and had excellent luck. Both times, the amps were sold within a week.

Hmmmm, that's an idea. There's not much as far as guitar shops here, but a new one opened recently, and I think they're doing something like a consignment section, or something. Thanks, I'd forgotten about that....

Craigslist @ http://www.craigslist.org is great for selling items. It is setup to sell items with a very "local" approach.
