I'd take the Bassman. But only because I've never played any of the other amps listed....

List- Bluesbreaker! I could crank it and no one would complain. The island's deserted!

I'd prefer a Bogner Ecstasy 101b head into 2 Bogner 4x12s (Bintage 30s, of course) over any other amp, though.

Realistically, these amps just aren't Desert Island material :15:.

If you want a true Desert Island amp, you want a Bogner Ecstasy 100B, Diezel - either The Herbert or VH4, ENGL Savage SE, or my Hughes & Kettner Triamp :14:.

With all that said, my pick is the Vox AC-30. It's tone blows away just about every amp on that list. Chiminess and grit in one touch sensitive package. The JCM800 is the all time definitive Metal/Rock amp, but the cleans aren't happening. The Mesa Mark IV I played at Guitar Center was horrible (probably from horrible misuse)... I'd take a Rectoverb or Single Rectifier over it any day of the week. The Fender Tweed ain't too shabby, but IMHO Vox just owns it.

First of all...where the hell would you plug in all this gear?

The question asked which amp would you bring to your Deserted Island, it didn't say anything about actually USING it :D

Do I get a gtr too! If not, then just give me a Wilson Volleyball.

O.K. I'll take the amp with the naked chick hidding in it.

For reals, I'd probably opt for the BF deluxe reverb.

+1 of the ones listed.

If I really had my choice though, I'd take my Mesa Boogie Blue Angel....NOW we're talking versatility!!!!
