Which bridge pickup has more perceived brightness?

OK, I am attempting to search out a few options here. I was interested in these:
The Custom V
Pearly Gates Bridge
JB

Of these, I had the Custom V, but it sold along with a guitar. I liked it clean, but maybe I want something different.
Mids are good, but I want to avoid spiky trebles. Which one would compliment a APH-1 in the neck the best?

The PG's will probably be the brightest. I've used both the C-5 and JB. The C-5 is not overly bright (I'm not a fan of trebly pups). The JB was good also and not overly bright IMO.

The JB is definitely the darkest of the three by far.

Out of the three listed, I agree. If you want something fat that will match up with the APH, though, I'd give the Custom Custom a look as well. :burnout:

I agree with the PG's having the most percived brightness out of the bunch.
