Which pickups with a Full Shred in an HSS strat?

I got a really cool Stagg Strat for $89. So, I plan to turn my red Squier strat in to a shred beast. The other Squier with the JB and Snarks is a little too ice picky.:scratchch

Me, I like the Cool Rails for shreddy stuff. It's thick, but it's still tight and has enough bite to cut through.

+1...still has great single coil response and tonal properties

I shred with APS-2s in my Strat with a JB in the bridge.

They sound great. Good note definition, warm and round sounding. Can scream under gain.
