The guitar is a Warmoth strat.
maple neck
rosewood FB
alder body
hardtail
current pickups...
bridge, Duncan Custom
middle, Fender Texas Special
neck, Fender Texas Special.

I need some single coils that can match up to the Custom better than the Fenders.

what dont you like about the texas specials?

if that was my guitar id use duncan ssl6 neck and ssl5 middle

basically the same pup but i prefer flat poles in the neck position and staggered in the middle. you'd be well served by two of either as well.

Going with hotter single coils will balance the outputs of your three pickups for sure.

Jeremy's suggestion of the SSL-5 or SSL-6 are right on. Another option would be the Quarter Pounders.

But bear in mind that by going with hotter single coils you will lose some of the classic Strat sparkle and chime.

To my ears, the best H/S/S Strat I ever put together used two Duncan Classic Stack Plus pickups and a JB bridge humbucker. All three pickups were humbuckers.

I used 250K pots through-out. The JB is one of the only humbuckers that sounds good to me with 250K pots.

I've not had a chance to try my SSL-6 yet, but from past experience, I'd put a Hot Rails in the neck. Leave the single coil you already have in the middle.
Should give plenty nice tonal options.
