Which way does North face in Duncan pickups?

I just found out that maybe I had the polarity wrong in my SH-5 pickup. It was facing the other way than in my TB-6. Does anyone know which way North on the magnet should face? Or is it different in every pickup?

they should all be the same, i wanna say south screw poles but im not sure

North stud - south screw

black - start north
white - finish north
red - start south
green - finish south

Robert is'nt it the other way around
Green - start south
Red - finish south
