I'd rather be able to be happy with a plywood POS that plays nice and sounds okay than be one of these guitar snobs who MUST own a $2500 Gibson.

Yikes! That must be me and my $3,200 R8! :smack: Does that apply to amps, too? I'll go ahead and smack Gearjoneser while I'm at it. :laugh2:

Thanks for the input all!! I know you are right. I just get caught up in the name=better hype. Ace plays pretty darn good. Ive seen pros use them, but seems as soon as they break big (Fallon from Kitty, Dude from Drowing pool etc) they switch to Gibbos..Prob cuz of the endorsement. Anywhoo, nice to have the encouragement! Rock on!!

Nope correction!!!!! i saw them live and it was a epiphone elitist custom LP model in alpine white. Even in their videos its an epiphone and on conan o brian he also used an epiphone elitist custom LP the same one in White! I know this im a huge fan of the ataris and i know all about their gear plus i know they are sponsored by epiphone as well as gibson but kris roe tends to use epiphones alot these days along with gibson LPs and fender teles.
