Just finished my new partscaster. Plays and sounds killer. Took if over to Bogner the other day to have a buddy who works there. Played it through a 2x12 Shiva. Talk about some mojo to the nth degree!

Tiefighter... Those are GFS pickups. They are their Dream 180 model. Supposed to be a cross of a Filtertron, P-90 and PAF all wrapped up in one. They are very articulate and crisp, unlike anything else I own in my other guitars. I know they have been chatted about here in the past, but I didn't hear about them on this site. I actually took a chance on them based on the description and I loved the way they looked after talking to Jay from GFS or Guitarfetish as he's known by. They got some real good reviews on harmony central as well. These Dream 180's were spankin new released the week I ordered them, so it was a bit of a risk.
Here's some real quick and dirty MP3 soundclips of these PUPs the day I finished it... Just a PODxt directly into my PC soundcard. I should have dialed in a bit more bottom end on the higher gain tones, but they are still way usable.
