Whose EL84 tubes do you like

JJs, sovtek, EHs anyone elses.

Why do you like them?

Check with Lord Valve. He can recommend exactly the right tubes for your amp for the tone you want. :22:

Check out these links. I think some of the NOS tubes are going to sound fantastic. The prices are still fairly reasonable compared to NOS EL34’s. The links below seem to have the best selection and prices I can find on the net for NOS. I’m considering the following for the Blues Jr.

European: Mullard, Siemens, Amprex, Telefunken, Valvo

American: Tung Sol, RCA, GE

I agree, I have JJ's in my Classic 50, and I really like them.

I just checked it out it seems they like the Mullard. The description of the JJs sounded good to.
