I've always suspected that that super-fast vibrato came mostly from early Paul Kossoff, although Koss slowed his vibrato down throughout his short life. Take a listen to the 'Free Live' album to get an idea of what i'm talking about re. Koss' faster vibrato.

Saw that...Thanks for the clarification..We talk so much "normally" about what guitar,pickups,etc..but the amp gets left out of alot of the equations...Most importantly our hands and the way we play too!
Not really a complaint so to speak!

The sounds on the Jailbreak EP and Dirty Deeds LP are devastating.
I can approximate Mal pretty good with my Orange DT and an Ibby Artist with 59's. I can never really get where I feel like I have Angus nailedthough regardless of gear.

I can't listen to AC/DC for more than about 25 minutes, for the same reason that I can't listen to the Police for extended periods of time. So no SG gas for me.

I've really been gassing for one of those Faded SGs with the crescent moon inlays. Then I'd want to refinish it in black to go with the ebony fretboard and throw a set of P90s in there. It'd have more of a Sabbath vibe, but some AC/DC would inevitably be played on it.
