Based on a report of threatening private communications sent over this thread it is now locked.

As a final note, let me say that we greatly value all of our customers. I’m proud tht Scott Marceau went the extra mile to help Stardust and I learned this morning that Derek Duncan personally had 100% of our Antiquity RWRP pickups checked and all the pickups were found at the correct polarity. QC is a massive priority for us and when we make a mistake, we correct it. But in this instance, we haven’t found any problems to speak of. Given our production process it is extremely unlikely that a single pickup would be sent with the incorrect polarity. I also had them check the spec, which was correct to what is listed on the website. I'm not sure what happened here because we don't have the pickup but believe it reason to assume that a neck pickup was purchased instead. Regardless of this, we have and will continue to do whatever we can and when we make errors (which we do, we are human) we will correct them.

As a reminder, the SDUGF is a place for guitarists to share in their passion, we should all be respectful and attacks, even ad-hominem are not okay.
