ok i put slash pick ups in my guitar and after i decided to go to cts pots and switch craft switch and jack. at first i was having low out put issue when i followed cts wire diagram. so i looked into my other epi les paul and iw was way diffrent. so i looked at seymour duncan wiring diagram and it matched the way the other guitar was wired. so i did it that way and out put is back to where it should be. but when i turn down the bridge volume it also turns downt the neck volume. it like my bridge volume is a master now but the neck one works if the bridge it turned up. it not that big a deal but i dont see any issues. here is pic of way i wired it today and then my other epi with stock epi pots and wiring but slash pick ups..

stock epi...with slash pick ups..

Re: wierd volume issue

Yep. There are two ways to wire up the Gibson circuit. One allows fully independent volume control. The other, earlier, version does not. I have heard different people extol the virtues of each. Choose whichever option suits your needs.
