Wilkinson VS100 Bridge (Too High?)

I think if your neck were canted at the pocket, any tech probably would've pointed that out.
IMO more likely things were simply set up in the incorrect order, as suggested above.

However, if the neck plays great and the trem works fiine, the bridge tilt is really just a cosmetic issue.
No denying it's very unusual to see the bass side so high on a Strat, though.

He set the saddles first, and then adjusted the height of the bridge using the studs - the exact opposite of the correct method.

Literally what I said above ;)

Still can't rule out a warped/twisted neck. They come in many forms and some can be compensated for, some can't.

Can't rule out a neck pocket related issue, either.

Regardless, the setup wasn't done "right" and it seems we all agree on that!

Those are some great Tremolo Systems that Wilkinson created.
I wanted to not use a Floyd Rose ( I have 8 FR guitars ) on traditional Strat, so I got a Wilkinson VS -100 with Sperzel Locking tuners and a Wilkinson Roller Nut .

The earlier versions of the VS-100 had some issues with locking the saddles down on the bridge, becauselike you, I had issues with high neck pocket for the neck to rest in . I had to get new screws and tap the bridge for the screw threads to work .
problem solved .

I got another one in 2003 and Wilkinson solved that deficiency and I have been happy ever since .

I own guitars with this system and never had an issue like that. Are the posts evened out?

I’ve never had the VS100 specifically, but I’ve had quite a few 2 posts and have never not been able to level the plate left to right. It’s odd that this is the second one where they haven’t done the setup correctly.
