Will a Boss Ce-3 get this tone.

I'm trying to get a similar chorus sound in this song starting at 31 secs or 2:36

Do you guys think the ce-3 would get close to that tone or should I get something different? I'm trying to stay low with prices, so I'm guessing around $50 would be my price range.
