All I see is those little 1/8 inch jacks used for like video game cables ad stuff. Will it work in a setup like: Guitar-amp-cab?

it looks like that amp is designed more for home audio than instrument amplification. you need to figure out what the impedance and output of your guitar are. i see an rca jack there instead of a 1/8" jack, but that is easily remedied. it also seems like this may only be a power amp section. if that is the case, you will need a preamo in order to have eq and such. all in all, i would say no, it won't work guitar-amp-cab. i can think of better ways to spend my $74.95, bro.

Ditto what KF said about how this is a power amp.
Your guitar shouldn't have a problem driving a 100K load but, in addition to lacking EQ, you'll lack OD (no preamp to clip or even to push the power tubes).
It's probably not so useful as a standalone amp but it's a pretty cost-effective power section for a low power homebrew tube amp.
