Two volumes and tone pot right? I had that setup in my old strat that was parted it out. You're right there isn't any wiring diagrams for it but you can improvise.
Use this:
And replace the gibson 3 way with the blade. Here's how to wire the 3 way blade:
Same basic setup but the blade isn't grounded to the pot. If you need me to give more specific instructions, just ask and I'll post it.

I am having the same problem just a little different setup. i have a single volume and single tone. Another problem I'm having is that my bridge is working. the middle is working but then i switch the neck and nothing happens. I am not so sure if I wired the switch correctly. It's a blade switch 3 way 8 posts. i would also need help or wiring diagram on how to wire it correctly if possible. I used the same schematic as the one shown so I don't know if I connected correctly. Any help would help I have been trying to fix it for a couple of days already.

Use this diagram and substitute the wiring for the blade switch as in the above translation diagram. Make sure you have the neck pup wired to BOTH of the lower right poles on the blade switch.
