Wiring Diagram - 3 stack SCs with push-pull for parallel-series switching of middle p

I've searched online without success.

Looking for a wiring diagram for 3 stack single coils that auto-splits each stack in positions 2 & 4... plus using a push-pull to switch the middle pickup btw series and parallel connections with the other two stacks.

I do already have a super 5 way pickup switch on hand if needed.
